1. Technical Requirements

* Parts and components before assembly must have certificates from the inspection department before they can be assembled;

* Parts must be cleaned before assembly, and there must be no burrs, flash, scale, rust, chips, oil, colorants, dust, etc.;

* Before assembly, the main fitting dimensions of parts and components, especially the interference fitting dimensions and related accuracy, should be reviewed;

* The rotation should be flexible, there should be no interference between adjacent chain links, and the three adjacent links should rotate flexibly under their own weight;

* The forward rotation angle between the two sections should be ≥35°, and the reverse rotation angle should be ≥7°.

* After the chain links are pressed, the straightness of every 10 links is ≤4mm, and the total length is ≤8mm.

* When pressing, the symmetry of the protrusion of the chain link and chain pin is ≤0.5

* No. 3 high-grade lithium-based grease is injected inside the chain link and chain pin.

* The thickness of foam paint after assembly must be ≥40um.
